Booking takes a few minutes. Here is what happens from start to finish.
1. Choose your package
Pick the Mini, Classic, Luxe or Bubble Loft package. Each one is priced for 4 hours, and you can add extra time at R300 an hour, up to 8 hours.
Just need one or two things? You can book a package, or choose single items such as the jumping castle or the ball pit. Items are priced for 4 hours too, with the same delivery, deposit and payment steps.
2. Pick your date and time
Choose a date on the calendar, then a start time and how many hours you need. We take one booking per day, so a date that is already booked shows as unavailable. Please book at least 3 days ahead.
3. Tell us the details
Choose white or mocha balls for the ball pit and the town your party is in. For the Bubble Loft, tell us your balloon colours. At checkout we ask for the party address, where we will set up, and anything that helps us get in, like stairs or a gate code.
4. Pay 50% to secure your date
Your total is the package, delivery, setup and breakdown (R250), the travel fee for your town, and a R1000 refundable breakage deposit. You pay half to confirm your booking. You get a confirmation email as soon as your payment reaches us.
5. Pay the balance
We email you the balance invoice 5 days before your party. The balance is due 2 days before the party.
6. Party day
We deliver and set everything up indoors or under a fully covered area. An adult needs to supervise the children at all times. When the hire time ends, we pack everything away and take it with us.
7. Deposit back
We check every item after collection and refund your breakage deposit within 24 to 48 hours.
