Which areas do you deliver to?
Plettenberg Bay, Knysna, Sedgefield, Wilderness, George, Mossel Bay and Hartenbos. There is no travel fee in Plettenberg Bay. The fee for other towns shows when you choose your town. If your party is somewhere else, contact us.
Can I hire just one item?
Yes. You can choose single items, such as the jumping castle, the bubble bounce or the ball pit, and book them for 4 hours or more. Delivery, setup and breakdown, the travel fee and the breakage deposit work the same as for a package. If the items you choose are all in a package that costs less, we show you the package.
Can I collect the equipment myself?
No. We deliver, set up, pack away and collect every booking. Delivery, setup and breakdown is R250.
How much do I pay to book?
You pay 50% of the full total to secure your date. The full total includes the package, delivery, the travel fee and the R1000 refundable breakage deposit. The other 50% is due 2 days before your party. We email you an invoice for it.
When do I get my deposit back?
Within 24 to 48 hours after collection, once we have checked every item. We may deduct for missing items, damage, or marks that will not come off.
How much space do I need?
The setup must be indoors or under a fully covered area, on flat, dry and clean ground. The jumping castle is 3m x 5m and the bubble bounce is 4.5m x 3m, so allow room around them. Please check with your venue that soft play and jumping castles are allowed before you book.
What ages is it for?
The soft play suits babies and young children. The bubble bounce suits children aged 1 to 13. An adult must supervise at all times.
Is there anything we should keep away from the equipment?
Yes. No face paint, slime, glitter, confetti or permanent markers near the equipment.
What if it rains?
Outdoor setups need a fully covered backup area. If we decide the weather makes it unsafe, you can move your booking to another date once for free, or get a full refund of everything you have paid.
Can I cancel or change my date?
If you cancel 48 hours or more before your party, we refund your booking fee. Within 48 hours, the booking fee is not refundable. You can change your date once, if the new date is free.
